Despite the doom and gloom in the media about the downturn you will be suprised to learn that there are hundreds of scholarships available for students studying science and engineering at uni from 2010. Keep up to date via Facebook - join this group 'Engineering and Science Scholarships' which is updated regually.
From this time of year onwards you will see scholarships opening for applications. QRC may be partnering with some unis this year to offer scholarships once again. The scholarships will most likely be for first year students (begining uni in 2010) who are interested in the resources sector and starting engineering or science.
